2. Who we are
DigiWise is an umbrella brand used by two independently registered sole traders:
- DigiWise (UK) – a sole trader registered in Northern Ireland (United Kingdom) and operated by Geoff Sloss.
- DigiWise (Ireland) – a sole trader registered in the Republic of Ireland and operated by Jackie O’Regan.
Both sole traders collaborate to deliver DigiWise workshops and services across the island of Ireland.
For the purposes of data protection law, each sole trader acts as an independent Data Controller for the personal data they process within their part of the DigiWise operations.
